Baita's Bits is always looking for new products to create and would welcome suggestions from our customers.
If you would like to order something that is not on our website we will try to procure it for you if possible. Let us know what you are looking for and if we can we will organise it for you. Just send us a message in the Contact section and we will let you know whether we can help you or not.
Customer Contact
We respond to requests from our customers for custom orders. Please submit your name, email, the subject, then specify if urgent. Urgent orders will incur a surcharge of $20.00.
We normally work on a 2 week timeframe for custom orders for dispatch but can sometimes take longer due to unforseen circumstances. If there is a delay we will notify you.
Baita's Bits welcomes coments and feedback but will not enter into email discussions unless it is regarding a particular order.
